Payment Policy *

I have read and agree to the Center's policy regarding payment, as detailed below. A 25% NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit is required to hold your reservation. Until the deposit is received, your requested dates remain available for others to reserve. Payment can be made by check, bank ACH transfer or credit card. Credit card payments will include a 3% service fee. Final payment will be due and is non-refundable and non-transferable 2 (two) weeks before your reservation date.

Dietary Policy *

I have read and agree to the Center's policy regarding dietary accommodations, as detailed below. We offer nutritious and delicious meal options in a caring and sustainable environment. We regret we are unable to create special menus for groups or individuals; although, with 2 (two)-week advance notice, we will offer gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, vegetarian, and pescatarian options, and can avoid menu items with nuts. We are not a gluten-, peanut-, or nut-free facility. Guests with severe allergies are welcome and encouraged to bring their own meals to ensure safety. We provide refrigerator space to accommodate severe allergy and other dietary preferences not listed. The dining room has coffee, tea, water, and limited food items available between meals for all guests.
