Freedom. Form. Detachment. Approaching a block of clay opens you to endless possibilities. Just like life, when working with clay we can become aware of attachments and desires. Working with clay requires patience, trust, and adaptability. Spend time with your hands feeling and forming clay, reflecting on the ways you have been formed and how you are free to experiment.
