Requested Arrival Time	Please note that the typical arrival time for overnight retreats is between 4-5:30pm (Dinner is served at 5:30 in the Main House and at 6pm in the House of Hope). Any arrival earlier than that time is subject to availability and is considered extended time, which carries an additional fee of $5/hr per person. A group leader must arrive prior to 7:30pm, and the receiving and orientation of any group members who arrive after 7:30pm is the responsibility of the group leader.
Requested Departure Time	Please note that the typical departure time for overnight retreats is by 2pm. Any departure later than that time is subject to availability and is considered extended time, which carries an additional fee of $5/hr per person.
