Prayer and Reflection for Health Care Providers in Light of the Pandemic
July 15, 2020
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” – Matthew 11:28
Join us for an hour of pause. Ground yourself in community as we pray for the healing of our world. COVID-19 has affected so many in a deep, life-altering way, especially nurses, social workers, health care providers, grieving family members. There is a weariness that calls us to seek restoration through God’s companionship. This prayer service welcomes all; with a special invitation for those serving on the front lines, ministering to the physical care of the sick. The service will consist of readings, a guided meditation, intercessory prayer, and personal reflections.
