Holding Space: A Faciliator Development Circle

This will be a development retreat for facilitators of retreats and programs of all types. We will explore together the art and practice of holding space for others as we deepen our facilitator gifts for offering programs. In a circle of companions, with discussion, reflection, experiential exercises, and peer learning, facilitators will strengthen their capacity to create welcoming, supportive, and transformative experiences for others. Topics include presence and deep listening; creating safety and trust; navigating emotions and group dynamics; and boundaries and facilitator self-awareness. Pre-reading is Holding Space by Heather Plett, and we will be guided by this book.
