Through personal prayer, reflection, input, small group sharing, case studies, and large group sharing, participants of this Professional afternoon will explore spiritual awakening through:
- Attending to interior movements of life with God
- Exploring the inner dispositions necessary for spiritual discernment
- Discovering a personal God who embraces both our darkness and our light
- Growing awareness of spiritual discernment at the heart of apostolic spirituality
About the Spiritual Director
Sr. Anne McCoy, SSJ
Anne McCoy is a Sister of St. Joseph, and has a masters in Holistic Spirituality and Spiritual Direction from Chestnut Hill College, and a masters in Religious Studies from Villanova University. She has been involved in spiritual direction, retreat ministry, parish missions, parish and faculty retreat days of recollection over the past 35 years.
